How to Add Subscribe Email or SMS Block?

Do you want to create subscribe form to collect the information of email or SMS then the Subscribe Block will help you out.
Here's steps for the Subscribe Block
1. Add Title of Block, Submit button text like subscribe or add me and Add Description
2. Next steps are to add the Success Message
3. Choose the fields required like Full Name, Email, Mobile No. and Custom Legal Info (with text and url). Change the background color of the block and if you wish to change the button color from Apperance.
4. Choose the destination as Zapier
Next steps are to Setup Zapier Integration,

2. Connect this app - Search for Linkjoy and with this one choose the destination of new entry in Subscribe.
